A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, I am a seasoned M&A professional with over 7 years of direct experience in deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and due diligence. I have managed pipeline activities, developed business cases, facilitated executive communication, engaged in direct negotiations with counterparties, and constructed financial models for over 19 transactions.

With over $4 billion in purchase consideration, my deal experience spans various industries, including software, tech-enabled services, litigation finance, and building products. I have worked directly with small business owners, as well as Fortune 500 C-Suite and Board members, across many deal structures and sizes.
