Biography of Mike Denham



Mike Denham is the qualifying broker for First Choice Business Brokers Atlanta Metro. A graduate of both The University of Georgia (BSEd) and Piedmont University (MBA), he is a seasoned professionalwith over 32 years of experience in corporate financial analysis, strategic planning, and business development. His experiences as an entrepreneur span retail, service, manufacturing, and information technology and include starting, growing, selling, and buying businesses.

Mike’s unique background provides him with keen insights into the drivers of business value and makes him a tremendous asset, highly qualified to assist sellers and buyers alike because he has experienced transactions not only as a business intermediary but also as both a seller and buyer. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia and a member of both the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Georgia Association of Business Brokers (GABB) where he is a past board member.
